Cyfraith Hywel Society

Project to develop an informational website about the mediaeval welsh Law of Hywel Dda, together with an database/index to the existing manuscripts of the Law. The research was funded by the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David and Y Coleg Cenedaethol.

Technical features: The initial site was a single bi-lingual page to introduce the project whilst the main site and database were developed. The completed site contains a searchable index of the manuscripts containing the laws of Hywel Dda and an extensive bibliography of related publications. The website also features Facebook, Tweet and Google+1 links.
